Mr. Norris has built, operated and sold successful business operations for several multi-billion dollar enterprises, as well as several early stage businesses. He couples exceptional leadership ability with a concentrated and proven expertise in operations, sales, marketing and distribution strategies. During his career, Mr. Norris has served as CEO, COO, President and Executive Vice President of publicly traded and private companies. In addition, he has served on public, private and not-for-profit Boards. He is the past Board President for the Western Carolina Alzheimer’s Association.

As a founder, Mr. Norris helped lead Murata Business Systems to become the industry market leader and number one brand in the facsimile industry. He then joined Compaq Computer Corporation as Vice President of Consumer Products to organize and launch their successful effort into consumer marketing and retail distribution, achieving new revenues of $1 billion during the first year of operation. His successful development and execution of Compaq’s new consumer business expansion led to his appointment as Vice President of North American Sales, leading Compaq's multifaceted U.S. commercial sales organization to $10 billion in annual revenue. In the late 1990's, while leading the day-to-day activities as President and COO of Intelligent Electronics, he took on the lead role in the divestiture of this $3.5 billion, publicly traded distributor of IT products and services.

During the early 2000’s, Norris, as CEO and President, led a ground up effort in the product development and commercializing of new technologies for the safety and security industry, ultimately selling the company to an industry leader. He has provided independent consulting on M & A projects and served as a partner in a private merchant/investment bank engaged in corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory/consulting services focused on the burgeoning Chinese market, where he was responsible for client identification and acquisition, market and operations due diligence, and target negotiations. As a private investor, Mr. Norris was recently appointed to the position of Executive Vice President, U.S. Sales and Marketing for Conterra Ultra Broadband. During his tenure he had strategic and tactical responsibility for all sales and marketing activities, achieving $50 million in customer acquisitions
for high speed, high capacity microwave broadband wide area networks in rural America.

Mr. Norris is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College, with postgraduate business studies at the University of Virginia and George Washington University.

Michael Franz will be assuming the position of Chairman at TalentSecure. Mr. Franz has built and led successful teams for large corporations as well as start-up enterprises. He is accomplished at achieving high growth results against larger and stronger competitors, consensus building in diverse environments, and in capitalizing on international market opportunities. He founded and grew Murata Business Systems to $264 million in its first four years of operations, taking them from the 16th ranked fax company in the U.S. to number one in four years.

Upon joining Sprint, Mr. Franz served as President of Sprint Wholesale, a business unit that he started and grew to $1.2 billion in 24 months. In a unique role, he subsequently served as both President of Sprint Wholesale and Chief of Staff, Long Distance Division. His last assignment at Sprint was as President of Sprint Business, where he was responsible for the $6 billion, 8,000 person organization that provided voice and data communications products and services to all business and government customers of Sprint's $10 billion long distance division.

During the past several years of his career, Mr. Franz has served as consultant Chairman and CEO to several companies, focusing on successfully establishing sources of funding, redirecting the management team, and the completion of the business plan in line with changing business models. During his tenure as a Partner in Chardan Capital, a merchant bank employing a dual strategy of investment banking and advisory/consulting services for China based companies, Mr. Franz led efforts on a successful Series A fund raise while also establishing the China side support team. During his tenure the group was successful in completing multiple transactions resulting in solid investor returns.

Mr. Franz graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts in General Humanities, and a Masters of Business Administration. Mr. Franz has served on numerous boards including the National Paralysis Foundation, where he served as Chairman of the Board.
