Waterstone Capital Advisors Retains Adler Marketing Group to Build and Execute Integrated Marketing Plan

Adler Marketing Group and Waterstone Capital Advisors launch integrated advertising and marketing campaign to increase market share and expand market.

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) October 11, 2007 -- If you are a commercial property owner and have never heard of defeasance, Adler Marketing Group and Waterstone Capital Advisors are looking to change that. The companies announced a new collaborative effort to increase market awareness of defeasance and also increase Waterstone's own share of the market. Defeasance allows a borrower to be released from the loan obligations through the purchase of U.S. Government Securities. These securities serve as replacement collateral to secure the loan and repay the remaining payments.
