Communication Arts takes notice of agency’s A.M. Stir Campaign.

For the second time this year, Communication Arts (CA), the premiere professional journal for creative professionals, is showcasing The Robin Shepherd Group’s work. The Jacksonville, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia-based agency’s A.M. Stir campaign, developed for the Florida Times-Union, is featured in the exhibit section of this month’s issue. Earlier this year, a poster campaign created by the agency for Jacksonville Beach surf guru John Tully was selected for the venerated publication's online exhibition.

“CA receives thousands of submissions from agencies around the world, so we are quite honored to be featured,” said agency president and chief creative officer Robin Shepherd. "Both of the campaigns the magazine highlighted are good representations of the agency's spirit and talent. We look forward to continued success and ingenuity."

In an effort to make reading the newspaper more of a morning ritual for a younger, pop culture-savvy audience, the Florida Times-Union launched A.M. Stir, an ever-changing mix of celebrity gossip, weird news and random trivia. The agency felt A.M. Stir demanded a campaign that was just as engaging and irreverent as the section’s content. The series can be seen at http://www.trsg.net/work and in the September/October issue of Communication Arts and features breakfast favorites such as “Culture Crunch”, “Rise and Whine” and “Gossip Juice.”
