Mark Thompson, industry visionary and CTO, will provide technical guidance to ShoreGroup's product road map and research and development efforts

Mr. Thompson is an established CTO and technology innovator in the field of advanced enterprise-scale IP-based contact center solutions, complex software solutions, and leading edge services automation applications.

With over 15 years experience in the advanced technology space, Thompson most recently served as Chief Technology Officer for Quest Software, where he was responsible for helping drive global product strategy and new product development. Prior to Quest Software, Thompson served as Head of Information Technology and Chief Technology Officer at ING Direct. During his tenure at ING, he was a founding member of the team charged with designing the company's infrastructure, including its Unified Communications network. In addition, Mr. Thompson has worked with various defense intelligence agencies on their technology projects, serves as an advisor for several start-up companies in the network and security management space, and is currently a board advisor for RedLasso, a media search company.
