Steve Unterberger and Rob Sturgeon Join Service Performance Management Company to Advance Global Expansion and Strategic Growth.

Sturgeon joins ServiceSource after more than 20 years in customer-facing roles, including his recent role as executive vice president and general manager of Juniper's enterprise business. At Juniper, Sturgeon had full P&L responsibility for Juniper's $550 million Service Layer Technologies business unit, including all security, application acceleration and end-point supplicant products. Sturgeon also served as executive vice president of Juniper worldwide services.

Unterberger joins ServiceSource from Hewitt Associates where he was responsible for services strategy and technology development, after Hewitt's acquisition of Exult, the $500 million business process outsourcing company he co-founded in 1999. As the ServiceSource chief solutions officer, Unterberger will be responsible for the company's information technology platforms and for the continuing development of client-facing solutions that will expand the company's global platform, tools, analytics, and technology offerings to deliver the most complete service performance management solution on the market.
