Venice, CA (PRWEB) October 16, 2007 -- JibJab, the Internet comedy studio famous for its viral videos, such as the Bush/Kerry classic, "This Land", is now offering its audience a chance to star in their very own JibJab movie. The videos, entitled "Night of the Living Democrats" and "Night of the Living Republicans", are comedic spins on the horror classic, "Night of the Living Dead", and are available for free at JibJab.com.
"All you need to do is upload a photo, cut out your head and you're in the movie," said JibJab co-founders and brothers, Evan and Gregg Spiridellis. "It's so easy our mom and dad can use it."
The Halloween-themed video allows users to choose a political side. In "Night of the Living Democrats", the user is a conservative hero battling mindless liberal zombies. In "Night of the Living Republicans", he/she is a liberal hero battling brainless conservative ghouls.
Since launching "Starring You!" in August 2007, the JibJab audience has uploaded and cut out over 1 million heads and spent 10 million minutes (nearly 20 years) using the application. CNET's News.com has dubbed it "The Greatest Office Time-Waster in History".
