The company's main corporate offices have moved to 1635 Foxtail in Centerra's Foxtail Business Park, from its previous location on Eisenhower Boulevard.

Shawn Beard, owner/senior loan officer at Destiny, said, "We're excited about our move to Centerra. This makes our corporate offices even more visible and easily accessible for our clients." Along with moving the headquarters, Destiny will take on a virtual-office model, with several of its loan officers working from offices throughout the northern Colorado area.

"We can now create paperless loan documents, and easily work together as a cohesive team, even with some of our staff working from offices around northern Colorado. The company has already shown impressive growth in its first two years in business, and was recently named by NCBR as the second-largest independent mortgage broker in northern Colorado.
