Zebulon's Southwestern Grille and Tequileria will be reopening 4th quarter 2007 at Colorado Springs Marriott. While still open and functioning in a temporary location within the hotel, the restaurant will celebrate an official grand opening in the 4th Quarter, when the new Zebulon's is planned to open its doors to guests and diners.

Currently Zebulon's Restaurant is under renovations and is slated to reopen during the 2007 4th Quarter. Styled with warm earth tones and highlighted by oranges, deep reds and yellows with brushed copper accents throughout the space, the Colorado Springs restaurant will have the traditional Southwestern feel with a twist.

Zebulon's will also boast a whimsical water feature, making sure every sense is inspired through an exploration of the region. A private dining room will comfortably hold up to 20 people, and a courtyard for outside public dining will complete the restaurant's casually sophisticated atmosphere.*

The wine list will feature South American and Spanish wines, however, the restaurant's main focus will be the extensive array of tequilas they will offer.

Known as the "new vodka", tequila has become a tremendously popular spirit. Zebulon's Tequileria will be infusing tequilas on site, which offers a very unique twist to the simple liquor as well as creating signature tequila cocktails especially for the restaurant and its patrons.

Along with an array of various tequilas, Zebulon's Grill will also boast an amazing menu filled with succulent southwestern options. From the Southwestern Flame appetizer and the Jalapeño Caesar Salad, to entrees such as Chipotle BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Skillet Snapper with Lemon Beurre Blanc & Chili Rice and the famous Marriott Burger, this fiery Colorado Springs, CO restaurant will be serving spicy flavors in style. The menu also will offer an exclusive "Fit" menu that will be highlighted by Lentil, Mint & Grapefruit salad and the carb-conscious BBQ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp & Grilled Portobello.

With satisfying food also comes a hotel to delight the senses, featuring a glowing brick fireplace and rich wood accents in the hotel lobby to the newly renovated accommodations with spectacular mountain and skyline views.

So, if you're in the mood for spicy flavors and soothing accommodations, Colorado Springs Marriott is the place to be.
