We are very appreciative of all the blessings we've received, which has brought our company significant success. We hope to give back some blessings of our own through Care2Care, helping those in our community in need.

Care2Learn, a seven-year-old online education and training company for healthcare professionals will continue its popular Care2Care program, a philanthropic venture inspired by the Founding Partners' desire to give back to the local community that helped support and sustain the company in its infancy.
The program kicked off in July 2006 and included a multi-pronged approach to giving back to the community at large. Care2Learn offered Manatee Glens, a local non-profit organization, one year of free online continuing education and training. Care2Learn employees participated in philanthropic activities such as donation campaigns, group projects and charitable events.
Care2Learn employees participated in several charitable events in the first year of the program, including the Manatee Glens 2006 Walk for Life to raise awareness of Suicide and Suicide Prevention programs, The Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer 5k Walk/Run, and Better Manatee Day. A food donation drive was held for the Food Bank of Manatee County, which is run by the Manatee County Meals on Wheels program. A clothing drive was held for the Children's Academy of Southwest Florida, a child care center for disadvantaged children in Manatee County. A personal hygiene and toiletry drive was held for Manatee United Methodist Women's Group, who dispersed the items to other local charitable organizations in need. In addition, Care2Learn has sponsored a hole in the Chad Choate Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament for the past two years.
The philanthropic program was designed to foster an "attitude of gratitude", according to Mimi Sheffer, Director of Marketing. "This program is a way of saying thank you to the community that supported and nurtured one of the community's fastest growing business organizations." According to Vice President, Edie Deane, "We are very appreciative of all the blessings we've received, which has brought our company significant success. We hope to give back some blessings of our own through Care2Care, helping those in our community in need."
