Ash Gupta has shot the last two covers (Summer and Fall) for Agenda Magazine (http://www.agendamag.com), and has signed on as the guest photographer. Agenda Magazine's creative team chose Gupta for his unique, creative, and high fashion flair. For six months he will create bold covers and stellar high fashion editorial spreads. Look for upcoming editorials with Fashion Week's top designers; and featured this Fall 2007 is Gupta's fashion editorial with designer Charlotte Tarantola.

"I have always felt this quest and to shoot people through a medium where photography can be treated like a fine art."
-Ash Gupta-

Ash Gupta's editorials have appeared in several magazines, including Cosmopolitan, Italian Vanity Fair, Latin Style, Genlux, Stone, Ritmo Beat, Smart Photography, Fashion Unlimited, After Capture, NHA, and on the Internet at IndianLifeandStyle.com. Gupta has photographed celebrities, including Ben Affleck, Elizabeth Shue, Dominique Swain, Bai Ling, Steven Seagal, Matt Cedeno, and Inconvenient Truth's director Davis Guggenheim; famous musicians, including Chayanne (Sony Music) and Paulina Rubio (Capitol), just to name a few. He also photographed and directed, along with producer Michael Hirshenson, the short film "Little White Lie"-a story told through the medium of still photographs shot in a special digital sequence-an experimental film about human compassion, starring Bollywood's Gulshan Grover.

Gupta's talents are far-reaching. And he continues to give back by spearheading a program which caters to young up-and-comings. Gupta mentors a small group of talented photographers, aiding and directing them to their goals in the fashion industry. He accomplishes this quest with his progressive "Studio 838."

"We like to have two or three photographers and two interns at a given time. It is a platform for photographers who have a professional place to launch their careers."
-Ash Gupta-

Agenda Magazine continues to embrace the individuality of its readers, and Ash Gupta will help with that goal by shooting covers and fashion editorials for the second annual Holiday Issue, featuring one of the most extensive gift guides; the New Year's 2008 issue; and the controversial "Race Issue," set to launch February 2008. Gupta's contribution will continue to define and enhance the special look of Agenda Magazine.
