National Business Group on Health to Hold Press Conference to Honor Employers for Outstanding Mental Health Services Programs
A press conference will be held on Tuesday, October 23 where the National Business Group on Health will honor 5 major U.S. employers for having outstanding programs to help workers and families address mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Washington (PRWEB) October 19, 2007 -- The National Business Group on Health, along with representatives from the Center for Mental Health Services, will hold a press conference on Tuesday, October 23 to announce the winners of the inaugural Best Behavioral Health Services Awards. Five major U.S. employers are being recognized for having outstanding programs to help workers and their families deal with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
The press conference will begin at 5 p.m. and will include comments from Helen Darling, president of the Business Group, and Kathryn Power, director of the Center for Mental Health Services. Representatives from the winning companies will also make brief remarks. After the program, speakers will be available to answer questions. The press conference will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC in the Buchanan Room.
