Bellflower, CA (PRWEB) October 22, 2007 -- MyCoolContests.com is holding their "1st Annual Halloween Costume Photo Contest." To enter, MyCoolContests.com members must submit two (2) clear photos. In one of the photos, the member wearing the costume must be holding a sign with "MyCoolContests.com" on it.
