LawGallery, the leading provider of distinguished art for legal professionals, has issued a ''Call for Art.'' Artists have been invited to submit artwork for inclusion on the LawGallery Web site (http://www.LawGallery.com). Applications by either established artists or emerging artists are encouraged.
Each artist whose work is accepted by LawGallery will receive a $300 award. Reproductions of accepted artwork will be offered for sale on LawGallery.com with 10 percent of any print sale going to the artist. The artist will retain the original artwork and the copyright applying to it.
“We are seeking original artwork depicting issues related to law or justice,” said a LawGallery representative. “Artists should not limit their work to either subjects or styles currently on LawGallery.com, however. This ‘Call for Art’ is intended to broaden the scope of offerings on the Web site.”
