Get Ready Rentals is excited to announce their expansion to Western Europe, beginning with Nice, France, a popular holiday destination in the French Riviera. The branch is expected to be fully operational, offering affordable holiday apartment accommodation in Nice by January, 2008.
Get Ready Nice will be the first of the company's expansions into Western Europe, with plans already underway for other cities including London, Paris, Amsterdam, Dubai, Florence and Rome.
This move marks the beginning of a stage of aggressive expansion for the vacation rental experts, following the success of the company's original location in Barcelona, Spain.
Get Ready Barcelona, formerly Barcelona Homes, began operations in 2003 with just one apartment. Today, the Barcelona branch manages 36 apartments for short term holiday rentals, whilst at the same time operating also in Seville and The Costa Del Sol.
Each city is managed through an individual web address, which hosts a range of holiday apartments that are fully equipped for guests of any sized group. On each city website, guests can view details of each apartment including pictures and a description, outlining what each apartment contains, from bedding arrangements to high speed Internet access.
Guests can view a map of each apartment's location, as well as information on how to get there and around the city, things to see and do, the city's best shopping, bars and restaurants, all through the Get Ready Rentals useful travel information guide, which is tailored specifically to each city destination.
Gaizka Pujana, the owner of Get Ready Rentals believes it is the efficiency of the online booking process as well as the easy check out policy that gives the company an edge over the competition:
"The instant email confirmation is reassuring when dealing with online payments, and guests are pleased when they find out they just need to leave the keys inside the apartment when they leave, without the hassle of lengthy checkout procedures", he says.
More cities are planned for Get Ready Rentals in Spain, but for now, the focus is on European destinations "There is just so much potential in Western Europe right now" enthuses Pujana.
Paris has been Europe's most visited city for several years, but the French Riviera region isn't too far behind. According to the Nice Convention & Visitors Bureau, Nice is the fifth largest city but the second largest centre for tourism in France.
Each year, Nice receives an average of 9 million tourists per year, who come to experience the beautiful landscape, the Mediterranean Sea, fine cuisine and an array of some of the country's finest cultural treasures that await in the 19 art galleries and museums that Nice boasts.
All cities serviced through Get Ready Rentals can be accessed from the company's parent webpage http://www.getreadyrentals.com, with prices starting at 70 euros for a couple in a studio apartment.
