Appointment marks launch of "Sales VP" practice for tech company search firm.

Peak Sales Recruiting Inc. (http://www.peaksalesrecruiting.com), a search firm that focuses exclusively on finding salespeople for technology companies, today announced that Randy Whitcroft is joining the company as Manager of the newly formed Sales VP Practice. The practice will focus exclusively on executive-level sales leadership positions for technology companies across North America.

While the company has placed sales VPs, the establishment of the Sales VP Practice will accelerate its ability to service this demand.

Whitcroft had most recently been VP of sales at Trigence Corporation, where he built sales from the ground up. Before that, he was the president of Service Vantage and held key sales management positions with Rational Software (IBM), Nortel Networks and Corel Corporation.
