FSBO site lets prospective buyers virtually visit new neighborhoods.

This winter, buyers looking for the perfect home won't have to set foot outside to check out neighborhoods in some of the nation's hottest real estate markets. That's because leading real estate for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) site has just added Street View to its line-up of free services to buyers.

Initially available to those interested in homes in San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Miami and Denver, Street View allows visitors to see high-quality images of neighborhoods in those cities. As more cities are added to Street View, more listings will feature Street View tours.

"We are proud to announce we are launching a new feature that will further enhance home-buyers' ability to understand unfamiliar neighborhoods through images: Google Maps Street View," explained PR manager Julia Foster. "With Street View, visitors can virtually explore city neighborhoods by viewing and navigating within 360-degree scenes of street-level imagery. It feels as if you're walking down the street, without ever having left the comfort of your current home."

When was launched in July, it was the first FSBO site to offer free blogs to every seller -- an invaluable marketing tool in today's economy. But the company didn't stop there. It has since added a variety of robust features to enhance the home buying and selling experience. Each listing includes a video of the home hosted on YouTube; climate and weather data; and map, satellite and hybrid map/satellite images of the home's neighborhood and city.

To help home buyers and sellers navigate the sometimes complicated process of selling or buying a home without a real estate agent, provides a free discussion forum where visitors can trade FSBO buying and selling tips, compare experiences selling on their own as opposed to selling through a real estate agent, answer questions and share expertise about buying and selling homes.

The entire service is free to buyers. Seller packages start at just $69 per month. And, said Foster, continues to add more features--even as package prices stay affordable.

"Here on the team we constantly strive to make high-quality imagery of the world available to our users," Foster said. "Why? Because we know rich, detailed maps and neighborhood details better enable buyers to discover a property's location and evaluate the neighborhood. And that is good for buyers and sellers alike."

With listings of nearly 800,000 properties for sale by owner throughout the U.S. and a successful sale rate of 93%, is the real estate FSBO site of choice for thousands of buyers and sellers. Learn more at
