Cielo Falls Begins Real Estate Sales After Receiving HUD Approval

Luxury Log & Timber Home Community now closing on homesites with Property Report in hand.

The HUD approval is required for real estate developments of 100 or more home sites. With the documentation in place, Cielo Falls has now officially launched the sale of homesites within their first section containing over 1 1/5 mile of private road. The HUD application process is long and very detailed
