Todd Shell is a newcomer to the portable sanitation industry. In 1984, he was #1 draft choice (24th player selected overall) for the San Francisco 49ers. Forced into early retirement by a neck injury, Todd discovered the skill set he acquired as a professional football player could be successfully applied to the business world. He spent a number of years raising capital for various wall street based investment groups. His love of the game, however, brought him out of retirement to become Head Coach for the New York Dragons. In 2003, he was named Arena Football League Coach of the Year. Last year, however, as happens with many people, when he stumbled upon this industry he was immediately intrigued by the impact his leadership skills and business management acumen could have on a portable toilet business.
