The YMCA of the Treasure Coast is selling tickets for their annual Easter House giveaway. On March 20, 2008, one family will become the owner of the luxury home, which will be constructed by Homecrete Homes at 1513 SW Escobar Lane. Tickets for the drawing are only $10. (The winner is required to pay the taxes on the home).

With mortgage rates rising and the housing market in a slump, many people are delaying or even giving up the dream of owning a home. But what if you could purchase a four bedroom three bath home (total of 3,611 square feet) for only $10? Purchase a ticket to win the YMCA Easter House and it could happen to you.

"This is an incredible opportunity for someone who desires to own a luxury home," said Jesse Bailey, the online campaign manager of the YMCA Easter House. "And you have a chance to contribute to the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, which has helped many families in our area. If you mention NBCG you can take advantage of special offers."

In 2006, the YMCA of the Treasure Coast served 258 families by providing safe and healthy daycare for children at the Stuart YMCA Teddy Bear Academy and the YMCA Indiantown Child Care Center. In addition, more than $210,000 in scholarships were awarded to 500 families.

In addition to the Dream Home giveaway, anyone who purchases a ticket before Dec. 16 also has a chance to win some Christmas cash. A $5,000 cash prize will be awarded in a drawing to be held on Dec. 17 for those who purchase their Easter House tickets early.

Other prizes will be awarded in March. A second place prize of $7,500 will be given out to anyone who purchases (3) tickets at the same time. (Only 12,000 tickets will be sold for the drawing). Anyone who purchases his or her tickets online is eligible for a $2500 cash prize.
