San Diego Internet Marketing Agency Sends One of Its Own to Compete in Dublin

eVisibility, leading search engine optimization company based in Carlsbad, is sponsoring one of its own employees in the upcoming Dublin Marathon. Erin Cartaya, who has worked with the company since February, will be running in her third marathon this year; with eVisibility behind her (literally) in full support.

Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) October 27, 2007 -- eVisibility has recently announced the sponsorship and support of company employee, Erin Cartaya, as she prepares to compete in the Dublin Marathon on October 29, 2007. Cartaya is a content manager at eVisibility. Running 26.2 miles around the city limits of Dublin, she is hoping to finish better than her previous time of 3:27. eVisibility will be anxiously awaiting the results.

"It's a once in a lifetime chance for Erin," says company VP, Cary Johnson. "She has been training hard for this; she knows how to go out there and compete, in any time zone." Johnson also stated that Erin runs on her lunches and after work in preparation for the long endurance test.

Erin Cartaya, who graduated with a degree in English from USD just over a year ago, competed in cross country. "The running part isn't as scary as the traveling. I have never been out of the country. But when I heard about this race, I didn't see a reason not to go. Work was my only set back; taking time off. So when I asked Danny, he was impressed with the idea and is now sponsoring my race." One concern that has arisen for Cartaya is the countywide wildfires that continue to burn. Cartaya, along with several other co-workers, have been evacuated from their homes. Getting out of San Diego and to the airport is one concern for the marathoner, as her scheduled departure is just days away.
