Munich, Germany (PRWEB) October 27, 2007 -- Santa Claus is coming to the blogosphere this holiday season. Expat writer and mom blogger Christine Louise Hohlbaum is hosting a Mama's Musings Holiday Giveaway every Tuesday and Friday until Christmas.
Sponsors such as ESPN, Scholastic, Schoolzone and DaBib will be giving away fabulous family-friendly prizes twice a week. From books to DVDs to a children's bicycle, Mama's Musings at http://diaryofamother.blogs.com has got families covered this holiday season.
"The holidays can be a tough time for people," admits Hohlbaum, a Charlottesville, VA, native who has lived in Germany with her family for nearly five years. "I wanted to bring people together, create excitement about these great giveaways and celebrate the season with laughter."
Hohlbaum penned both her parenting humor books from her home office near Munich. Diary of a Mother: Parenting Stories and Other Stuff chronicles her life as an Ivy League-educated career woman turned housewife in Boston with two small children. The sequel, SAHM I Am: Tales of a Stay-at-Home Mom in Europe, relates how universal motherhood is, even in a rural town in Bavaria. Her blog, which is up for Blog of the Year 2007 at the upcoming Stevie Awards for Women in Business, is an extension of her parenting humor writing.
