paddypower.com Launches Betting Markets on Dublin EPT

Ireland's largest bookmaker expands poker betting to include European Poker Tour and Sporting Emporium November Festival.

(PRWEB) October 28, 2007 -- paddypower.com today announces new betting markets on the two biggest poker tournaments taking place in Ireland in November, the Dublin EPT and the Sporting Emporium November Festival Main Event.

The best players in the world will gather in the RDS from the 30th October to the 3rd November for the Dublin leg of the European Poker Tour and paddypower.com is offering "Outright Winner" and "Top Irish" markets.

Defending champion Roland De Wolfe has enjoyed tremendous success in the Emerald Isle over the past year, winning the 2006 Dublin EPT and finishing runner-up in the 2007 Irish Open. Unsurprisingly De Wolfe is joint favourite to win at 80/1.

18 year old Norwegian sensation Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad made her name online before bursting on to the world stage with her recent success at the WSOPE. She will be determined to prove that her success in London wasn't a one-off and is quoted at 125/1.

The "Top Irish" market will be hotly contested as Ireland's top players compete for victory on home soil. Andy Black is the 14/1 favourite in a field that includes many legends of the Irish game.
