Aqua Genesis Co. to mass market the Small Wonder® electronic hard water conditioner. The eco-friendly technology saves energy making a contribution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

As the hard water treatment industry moves toward "green" alternatives, Aqua Genesis Co is mass marketing its new Small Wonder® electronic hard water conditioner as the green choice for limescale control. The new product, named Small Wonder®, prevents lime scale deposits from hard water and removes existing deposits. The most innovative aspect of the Small Wonder® is its low price: it will be available to the consumer for only $149.
The electronic water treatment technology, patented by Scalewatcher North America Inc., has been in use for many years in Europe and North America, under the name Scalewatcher® and others, available at prices ranging between $400 and $800.

Aqua Genesis, long time devoted to the promotion of "green" technologies, is the creator of the low priced Small Wonder concept and its marketing agent and North American distributor. They have partnered with GNV Direct and they are in the final stages of launching a national television campaign.

"We are very excited about this project," says Eduardo Jalles, President of Aqua Genesis "we feel that when enough people are using this technology we will be making a significant impact towards the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions."

By reducing the scale that coats water heater elements, energy savings for water heating can average about 20%.

The Small Wonder patented technology treats the water by inducing variable electric fields which force the dissolved minerals such as Calcium and Magnesium to crystallize and remain in suspension flowing away through the drain instead of adhering to walls of piping, faucets or heating elements. It uses no salt or chemicals, saving energy, saving water and reducing maintenance costs.
