For-sale-by-owner website adds home listings to social media sites at no cost to clients.

Fizber.com, a for sale by owner website, announces its partnership with leading social networking sites in an effort to increase online exposure for its clients. At no additional cost, Fizber.com will submit each home listing to several popular social networking sites such as Technorati.com, Digg.com and YouTube.com.

According to a study done by comScore, a leader in measuring the digital world, the expansion of social networking across the globe has grown dramatically during the past year. A variety of social networking websites showed up to a 774% increase in a one-year span. By adding home listings to popular social networking sites -- those with established visitors, links and search engine rankings -- Fizber.com hopes to give their clients a greater opportunity for exposure to serious buyers.

"Website traffic works the same way as the old fashioned brick-and-mortar foot traffic, with one big difference," says Chris Davis, Sales Manager of Fizber.com. "On the Internet, you bring the shop to the buyer. We can control how many people view our listings, so why not put our for-sale-by-owner shop in front of as many potential buyers as possible? The more buyers you're able to reach, the more likely you are to sell your home."

Adding home listings to popular social networking sites is one of several features that Fizber.com offers in its Home Listing Packages in order to help homeowners effectively showcase their homes. Other Web 2.0 tools include Seller Blogs, Fizber Video, City Profiles, Bird's Eye View.
