Moms-for-Profit, the continually growing mom empire that leverages their mom consultant base against their mompreneur clients, today announced an expansion of its executive team filling two important positions.

The two positions are: Chief Marketing Officer, Joni Silverstein and Publisher of Hybrid Mom magazine, Meryl Otis Kessler. Both are well established professionals who will help guide the Company's continued growth in the increasingly respected niche of catering to moms by helping them reach their full and balanced professional potential.

Joni Silverstein, most recently serving as Vice President, Market Development of the newspaper division at Gannett Co., Inc, the multi-billion dollar media company, brings with her more than twenty-five years of sales, marketing, and general management publishing experience. "I have no doubt that Joni's knowledge and experience will add to the company's management strength," says Stacey Smith, CEO/President of Moms-for-Profit, "and her passion and entrepreneurial spirit will flourish within our business model." Joni will oversee the seamless execution of marketing and sales strategies across all channels.

In addition, Hybrid Mom magazine, part of the Moms-for-Profit portfolio, welcomes the addition of Meryl Otis Kessler as Publisher. Her impressive career spans over 15 years as an ad agency executive, advertising strategist and senior publishing executive. She's worked with world-class brands including AOL, Microsoft and IBM to develop alliances and marketing strategies. While at CMP Media she developed and managed successful sales teams for leading online and print properties.

After a decade-and-a-half helping top-tier technology companies achieve their marketing goals, Meryl discovered her true passion when she joined the Opt- Out Revolution. For eight years she experienced a new life and the rewards of stay-at-home motherhood.

Today, Meryl's passion is the promise of the Women's Movement, where women can be successful at home and at work, simultaneously. In addition to her professional achievements, her perspective comes from her home life and a shared connectedness with countless women who aspire to reach their full potential and strive to define their own meaning for motherhood.

"Meryl couldn't be a more perfect fit for the Hybrid Mom mission - we're thrilled to welcome her and Joni to our growing family," states Smith.

Both executives are looking forward to sharing in the responsibility which will continue to mold a revolution that is redefining the mom of today.
