INM Announces Fall and Winter Webinar Schedule

Web seminar topics include creation of Rich Internet Applications (RIAs), best practices for building an eLibrary, and tips for maximizing investments in print-quality documents by bringing them online.

The first session, "Rich Internet Applications 101", on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 11 AM Eastern, is a targeted webinar designed to provide marketing agencies and multimedia developers with an introductory overview of Rich Internet Applications (RIAs). This session explains RIAs, articulates the key benefits they provide and showcases examples of different applications. Attendees will also hear tips on how to begin offering RIA development services to their clients.

The second session will look at how organizations can present large volumes of online content in a searchable eLibrary. On Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at 11 AM Eastern, INM will present "Best Practices for Building an Online eLibrary", a session designed to provide communication professionals, corporate librarians and other content managers with a snapshot of what to consider when building an eLibrary. The agenda starts with basic information about designing an eLibrary, and continues with tips and tricks for delivering richly formatted information over the web in a usable and practical manner.

The final session, "Maximize Print Investments by Bringing Documents Online", is scheduled for Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 2 PM Eastern. In this webinar, communications professionals will learn how to maximize their marketing budgets by repurposing print documents and delivering quality materials over the web to a variety of different users quickly and easily. Discussions will focus on the options for publishing online, the pros and cons of each technology, as well as the factors to consider.
