Proactive strategies reverse the fear of forgetting important facts, dates and figures.
"When you are interested in something, you tend to focus on it a lot. But once you develop some expertise, you can use that to learn other things," says Frank Healy, who was recently interviewed on The inside Success Show.
Frank Healy made a proactive choice when he was just a boy to improve his memory. He is now a life coach who designs and teaches courses on how to improve the memory. He is the author of the new release, "Living with a Phenomenal Memory."
Through his experiences, he developed techniques to help people regain their memory after head injuries and assists those who need to improve their skills to perform at their jobs. During his interview, he summarized the following proactive steps to improving memory taught in his book.
Mnemonic techniques:
"If you can find a way to connect new information about something you are not interested in with the old information you are interested in, then that's really the key into developing a good memory."
Frank has dedicated his life to teaching these proactive and positive methods to those who wish to improve their memories for a more beneficial life.
