Sports Car Prize Given to Mitsubishi

One Mitsubishi vehicle has been awarded with the Best Sports Car prize at this year's Auto Trader Used Car Awards, it has been announced.

London (PRWEB) November 3, 2007 -- One Mitsubishi vehicle has been awarded with the Best Sports Car prize at this year's Auto Trader Used Car Awards, it has been announced.

The Ralliart FTO model beat competition from other cars such as the Mazda RX-8 Coupe and the Honda S2000 to claim the prize.

Readers of the publication voted on the models that they thought were the best and the Mitsubishi offering came out on top.

Andy Wertheim, general manager of press and public relations at the company, stated that the FTO typifies a number of traits that the firm holds dear.

"The FTO epitomises Mitsubishi's core strengths of sporting heritage, advanced technology and excellent product reliability - all of which work together for a superb driving experience," he commented.

Other sports car experiences are available from Red Letter Days, for those who like fast speeds.

Nissan recently announced that it has developed a new version of the GT-R car to appeal to the European market.
