Polaris Marketing Research Completes Quality Enrichment Program to increase Marketing Research Productivity

Polaris Marketing Research announces the completion of a 3-day quality improvement program to improve processes, increase efficiency, and give clients a higher quality of marketing research data.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 4, 2007 -- Polaris Marketing Research (polarismr.com) and their data collection partner, Western Wats of Orem, Utah, completed a three day intensive quality improvement program earlier this month. "In order to continually improve our processes, to become more efficient and give our clients an ever-higher quality of data, we wanted to work with Western Wats to solidify our relationships at all levels of their company and ours," said Polaris President, Jan Carlson.

Polaris Data and Project Management staff spent time with Western Wat's project management team, met with programming staff, and visited one of the call centers. "It was very beneficial to talk with the programmers the interviewers and call center managers to find out how we can help them do their jobs better," remarked Polaris Operations Manager, Alexia Smith.
