Commercial Capital Alliance is extremely pleased to announce that it is offering training on the commercial mortgage market that is targeted at residential mortgage brokers around the country. Once training is received, mortgage brokers will be in a very strong position to confidently speak to potential borrowers and building owners, analyze scenarios, and determine fundability of the loan desired. This training is a key component in maintaining and growing income by expanding the existing product base.

Commercial Capital Alliance is very pleased to announce the:

  • Tri-state NY, NJ and CT Commercial Mortgage Training Initiative where Commercial Capital Alliance comes to the office and gives a live presentation on commercial mortgage loan analysis.
  • Nationwide Commercial Mortgage Training Initiative achieved through a teleseminar.

This initiative is aimed at providing residential mortgage brokers in and around the tri-state region as well as nationwide with the knowledge that is needed to prospect confidently for commercial mortgage deals.

After the Commercial Capital presentation is completed, mortgage brokers will be able to confidently speak to borrowers, property owners and property broker's using the language of the commercial mortgage market, and to do the initial analysis of a commercial mortgage deal that will provide the information needed to know if it is viable and fundable.

CCA has found that the education that is provided during the 45 minute to 1 hour presentation is extremely valuable and timely as it lets mortgage brokers begin to confidently prospect for commercial mortgage borrowers. Residential mortgage brokers will be able to do the initial analysis of a borrowers scenario and be able to determine if the loan is viable or not. This includes multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, warehouse and light industrial properties.

The training will allow the mortgage brokers to:

  • Expand the existing product base into commercial mortgages at a very critical time in the market, and just as importantly;
  • Know when a deal being presented is viable or not. In a day with only 24 hours, valuable time cannot be wasted on deals that will never get funding.
  • Grow the loan pipeline and maintain if not increase income.
