The City of Garland's Municipal Court has successfully implemented an automated case docketing process that includes document workflow, eForms, and electronic signatures with an OnBase software solution provided by DataBank IMX. All cases in the courtroom are processed electronically and the eForms are digitally signed by the judges and the lawyers for each case.

John Matthias of the National Center for State Courts, impressed by Garland's Municipal Court's achievement, invited Court Director, Paige Bobbitt, to present the Garland story at the National Court Technology Conference (CTC10) in Tampa.
