Henley-Putnam University offers online bachelor and master degree programs in Management of Personal Protection, Intelligence Management and Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies.

San Jose, California (PRWEB) November 7, 2007 -- Henley-Putnam University has appointed Dr. Alexander Rose as Associate Chief Academic Officer reporting to Dr. Sheldon Greaves, Chief Academic Officer. Henley-Putnam University offers online bachelor and master degree programs in Management of Personal Protection, Intelligence Management and Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies.

Dr. Rose, who obtained his doctorate degree in defense and scientific history from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, is an independent historian of intelligence and covert warfare. He teaches courses in the history of modern intelligence. A widely published writer and editor, Dr. Rose has published articles in The Washington Post, The New York Observer, The Times Literary Supplement, Publishers Weekly, The National Interest, BBC History, The Washington Times, The Hill, the Weekly Standard, The English Historical Review, the Daily and Sunday Telegraphs, The Spectator, The Literary Review, and other outlets in the United States and Great Britain. He is the author of Kings In The North: The House of Percy in British History (2002), Washington's Spies: The Story of America's First Spy Ring (2006), and American Rifle, scheduled for publication by Bantam Dell in Spring 2008.
