New York, NY (PRWEB) November 7, 2007 -- Radian6 Technologies, Inc. will be demonstrating its social media monitoring solution at the Critical Issues Forum tomorrow at the Bridgewater in New York City, New York. This year's forum, put on by the Council of Public Relations Firms, is focused on the impacts of social media on the public relations field and is titled, "The Consumer's in Control: Now What?" The Radian6 solution helps PR and advertising professionals monitor and analyze social media in all it's various forms from blogs to video sharing sites and from online forums to microblogging services like Twitter.
Clients use the Radian6 "dashboard" to track all forms of social media with results appearing in real-time as they are discovered. Clients are able to determine immediately what's having an impact online and be first to alert others on evolving issues. Clients analyze the captured information using a variety of mini-applications called widgets. Widget results can be exported for inclusion in reports or emails to clients.
