The ranking is based on an analysis which considers the revenue and employee growth that companies achieved over a three-year period (from 31 December 2003 to 31 December 2006), and Moravia Worldwide has ranked as Europe's #306 fastest growing company.

The list is compiled by Europe's 500: Entrepreneurs for Growth, a Brussels not-for-profit organization representing 2,000 high-growth entrepreneurs. Winners are ranked using the David Birch Employee Growth Index. This index multiplies absolute job growth by relative job growth to determine the employment-creation power of differently sized enterprises. Both private and publicly held companies headquartered in the European Union member states, plus Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, are eligible to be considered for Europe's 500.

The Europe's 500 listing for 2007 includes companies from 24 European countries, which collectively achieved a 26% annual growth rate in employment and an annual turnover growth rate of 28%. Europe's 500 winners will be individually honored on Saturday 24 November 2007 in Prague, Czech Republic, during a Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony.
