The Aegenis Group Renews Contract As Trainer for PCI-SSC

The Aegenis Group has re-signed with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) to be the worldwide trainer of Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs).

Park City, UT (PRWEB) November 14, 2007 -- The Aegenis Group has re-signed with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) to be the worldwide trainer of Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs). The contract marks a renewal of the existing relationship between The Aegenis Group and the PCI-SSC. Last year The Aegenis Group trained over 1,000 QSAs and the coming year should see almost 50% more trainees attending the sessions.

The agreement between The Aegenis Group and the PCI-DSS is through December 31, 2008. The Aegenis Group will train consultants both domestically and internationally. The training is required of any consultant that will be conducting compliance assessments against the PCI DSS. These QSAs must also be employed by a Qualified Security Assessment Company.
