TelluRide Moves on to Round of Sixteen in CMT Contest
Nashville band continues on road to success with 'Phone Song'.
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) November 16, 2007 -- CMT Loaded's Music City Madness 2 announced that TelluRide had made it to Round Three as one of the video contestants of their online country music talent search. Fresh off an appearance on The Billy Block Show at Cadillac Ranch, the guys are grateful for the support from their fans.
"Thanks to everybody who has been voting steadily for us -- thanks to all our friends," says drummer Brian Smith.
In addition to Smith, the band consists of Adam Craig (lead guitar, lead vocals), Cain Hall (acoustic guitar, electric guitar and harmony vocals), Jimi Hendrix (bass, harmony vocals) and Ryan Jones (piano, electric guitar and harmony vocals).
TelluRide shot their video for 'Phone Song' at the Wildhorse in Nashville, where the band is a frequent performer and is scheduled to open for Billy Ray Cyrus on November 24 of this year and also for Blackhawk on January 18, 2008.
The winner of the CMT online talent search will receive an all-expense paid trip to CMT's Nashville studio to appear and perform in an episode of Unplugged at Studio 330, CMT Loaded's original online performances, as well as a showcase for Sony/BMG Nashville A&R executives. The winner will be announced on December 12, 2007.
