Think Outside the Fence Chautauqua Condo Marketing Plan Unveiled

Chautauqua Lake condominium developer offers no taxes, no fees and Chautauqua Institution gate passes for 3 years in unique marketing program.

Chautauqua, NY (PRWEB) November 17, 2007 -- A "Think outside the Fence" marketing theme with a unique package of incentives is expected to spur sales at the Hunt Lea condominiums located directly across the street from the world-renowned Chautauqua Institution.

Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate, www.howardhannaholt.com, has been retained by the condominium developers, the Hunt Group at Chautauqua, LLC, to market the spacious 2 and 3 bedroom homes on which construction was completed earlier this year.

The Hunt Lea condominiums are located on land adjacent to The Brasted House Bed and Breakfast owned by Scott Brasted and Joyce Ann Jacobsen who are development team partners. Retired attorney George Grasser of Grasser & Associates LLC is a partner, as is John Akers, broker owner of Akers Real Estate based. in nearby Mayville, NY.
