Revolutionizing the Way People Manage Their Sales Team

New technology uses email to prioritize sales calls and gives managers authority to define schedule and ultimately give direct insight into performance.

Englewood, CO (PRWEB) November 16, 2007 -- Swiftpage, a software company that specializes in email marketing, announced today the release of their Team service level. This advanced service level allows the sales or marketing manager to send emails on behalf of individual sales people, to assign follow-up phone calls and track each team member's campaign progress. This results in improved prospecting, more responsive customers and less wasted time - sales and marketing now work in harmony.

Traditionally Swiftpage has made a name for itself by integrating into commonly used business applications such as Act! by Sage, Sage CRM SalesLogix, the Microsoft Office Suite and More. With the release of Swiftpage's new Team service level, they are fundamentally changing the way email marketing is viewed by an organization. Swiftppage transforms email from an activity solely used by the marketing department to information that prioritizes a sales person's day. Today's sales or marketing manager can now send marketing emails on behalf of his sales team, generate prioritized leads by creating a call list, assign that call list to members of the sales staff and supervise the progress, all from within his contact manager or CRM solution.

The "Send As" feature (currently only for ACT! and SalesLogix integrations), allows managers to Initiate contact and not have to rely on their employees to start the sales process. With this new service level, the manager has the ability to design and send marketing emails on behalf of his team. In addition, sales prospects will receive personalized emails as if they were coming from specific individuals within the sales department, rather than from general marketing email addresses, which typically are ignored, thus garnering greater results.

The Call List is a fundamental feature of Swiftpage's service. Swiftpage technology tracks every email recipient's interaction with each marketing message and generates a score for that individual indicating his level of interest. The score is based on the assumption that the person who opens an email three times and clicks on two links is more interested in your product or service than the person that opens the email once and deletes it. From the scores a call list is generated prioritizing your most interested contacts. The team version of Swiftpage allows you to take that Call List and assign it to your sales team, automatically giving each person the task of calling their most interested leads.

With the Team version of Swiftpage comes "account level reporting." This gives the manager the ability to view the reports of every one of their team members. It also enables them to monitor how each salesperson is progressing through their Call Lists, what emails have gone out on their behalf and the response rate of each email. This easy access supervision allows the manager to make more informed business decisions and make sure deals are being closed.
