Jonke will work with hfa's account service team to enhance the integration of primary research into the day-to-day marketing communications activities that hfa develops and implements for clients. She will help ensure that the voices of clients' customers resonate to their fullest in hfa's business solutions.

Jennifer will collaborate with account service teams and other hfa departments to help ensure hfa is a marketing technology shepherd," said Busch.
Previously, Jonke was an hfa senior account manager. Prior to joining hfa, she worked at Wunderman marketing communications company in New York City where she worked on a team to manage the Citibank, Investor's Business Daily, Mattel, Nabisco, Pfizer, Sears Home Services, Showtime Network and Sony accounts.
Jonke holds a bachelor of science degree in advertising from Kent State University where she graduated cum laude. She lives in Akron with her husband and stepson.
