Cincinnati Home Staging Warehouse Event Draws Crowd
Cincinnati- The region's leading home staging company, Design To Market, broke the mold by hosting representatives from the local Real Estate community as they toured the business's 4,000 square foot warehouse.
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) November 16, 2007 -- The region's leading home staging company, Design To Market LLC, broke the mold by hosting representatives from the Real Estate community as they toured the business's 4,000 square foot warehouse.
Billed as an "Open (Ware) House," attendees were given an opportunity to look at the resources available to owner Jo Potvin and her design team as they stage homes for their clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
The theme of the event was "Where WOW lives" and guests were treated to nothing less. Designers created vignettes of dining rooms, bedrooms and living areas with furnishings in a range of styles, from modern to traditional. "I found it fascinating to see the different types of furniture and home goods Design To Market has at their disposal. Now I can see how the Design To Market designers enhance a home and make it special for buyers," says Sibcy Cline Realtor Sue Lewis.
As they toured the space, enjoying wine and tasty bites from kona bistro of Oakley, guests were treated to stylish groupings created to illustrate the array of home staging possibilities available. Insight into the behind the scenes of Cincinnati's leading home staging organization gave insight into the time spent preparing for each project Design To Market undertakes.
"In the current housing market, good design sells houses every time," says professional interior designer Kelly Clark with Design To Market.
As the national market slow-down continues to affect housing sales in the Greater Cincinnati area, an increasing number of Realtors are turning to the Design To Market team to help give life and interest to their client's homes.
"I've had the pleasure of working with Design To Market and experienced the incredible interior transformation that occurs as a result of home staging. Jo and her designers are really in-tune with what home buyers are looking for in a home," stated Ashley Rosenthal of Sibcy Cline.
