Locasystem International SA (http://www.locasystem.com) today announced that it has acquired a minority ownership interest in McLean, Virginia-based Gourmandia USA LLC (http://www.gourmandia.com), a provider of free on-demand food recipe videos and lifestyle videos from the world's best chefs and restaurants. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In announcing Gourmandia.com’s minority ownership acquisition, Locasystem International Chairman and CEO Jacques Maugin said, "An investment opportunity we couldn’t miss!
