Companion Book Examines Actual Cases to Improve Legal Outcomes for Government Workers
Mark Baron's second work, Saving Public Service Careers From Attack: Cases, delves into common scenarios for professionals needing legal help.
Richmond, VA (PRWEB) November 21, 2007 -- From his own files and experience, attorney Mark Baron provides a wealth of knowledge, inspiration, and hope for local, state, and federal government employees facing adverse employment actions (such as unfair employee evaluations, suspensions, demotions, and outright dismissals) in his second nonfiction book, Saving Public Service Careers from Attack: Cases.
A seeming lack of vitally important, understandable information concerning public workers facing attacks upon their careers by their employers in the form of adverse employment actions led Baron to document practical solutions and strategies for winning cases. He drew from his two decades of experience in defending clients against adverse actions. Saving Public Service Careers from Attack: Cases presents real life case stories from Baron's own files which vividly demonstrate how rewarding it can be to implement the lessons of Baron's companion work, Saving Public Service Careers from Attack.
As with its companion book, this second book is also aimed at attorneys who want to know more about how to effectively represent public service employees facing adverse employment actions in administrative law forums and law students who upon becoming lawyers may want to make a career out of such representation.
