The residences at Canopy Bluff will be the first new oceanfront development on Jekyll Island, Georgia in more than 3 decades. Trammell Crow Company, New South Partners LLC, and Global Asset Development announced yesterday that Hodnett Cooper Real Estate, Inc. has been chosen to market the condominium residences at Canopy Bluff on Jekyll Island. The announcement was made at the demolition event on November 13, 2007, held at the site of the former Buccaneer Beach Resort.
