Clear-Media Makes Holiday Shopping Easier with Clickable Online Gift Guide Videos at Conciseclick Dot Com

Each gift guide video is I.V.O. (In Video Object) enabled, meaning nearly all objects in the video are clickable and will direct the viewer to a site where the 'clicked on' product can be purchased. Each video can be viewed at conciseclick dot com.

El Segundo, CA (PRWEB) November 25, 2007 -- Clear-Media has created gift guides for the ever-growing population of online shoppers. Each of the team members has tested the recommended product themselves and offers recommendations to their viewers. With gift ideas for all members of the family, from the eco-conscious consumer, to the technology enthusiast, Clear-Media's gift-guides offer a new way to navigate through millions of products available online.

Clear-Media, a company created by twenty-something Nick Alt, have created four holiday videos that are revolutionary and different from most of the guides available on the Internet to date. Each gift guide is a video that can be viewed online. The innovation is that all of the products in the video are clickable and will send the viewer to a site where they can purchase the product instantaneously.

"We believe that we've saved online shoppers a few extra steps that a lot of gift guides fail to do. We show you the product and what we like about it. Since everything in the video is clickable, you can instantly purchase and have your gifts shipped overnight. The gift guides are extremely convenient for anyone looking to do holiday shopping quickly and informatively," shares Clear-Media CEO Nick Alt.

According to a recent sample published by Burst Media, 50.7% of holiday consumers expect to purchase either a portion or all of their holiday gifts through the Internet this year. This is up from 37.6% of the same sample of online shoppers in 2006. As cited in the same study, more than two thirds of all holiday consumers shop online and use the Internet to research gifts.

In 2007, a survey commissioned by Deloitte and conducted by an independent research company revealed that the younger generation's affinity for the Internet and dislike of crowded stores further suggests a growing trend in online shopping.

According to the Wall Street Journal, consumers are expected to spend more than 33 billion dollars on online holiday gifts this season. "As an Internet video production company, we feel that the biggest problem with online shopping is that there's no point of reference as to what a product really looks like, out of the box, and in someone's hands. As Internet shoppers ourselves, we thought that a clickable gift guide would save people time and effort," adds Alt.

The online Holiday Gift Guides are available at www.conciseclick.com.
