A class action lawsuit has been filed in behalf of residential homeowners in Nevada related to possible failures of Kitec brass fittings (case #A493302). Homebuilders in Washington, California, New Mexico, Oregon & Arizona widely used Kitec as a complete plumbing system including water flow tubes that were connected to Kitec brass fittings, prior to January 1st 2005.
