After the release of the album "Reflections," the Jeanette Harris Band embarks on a three-month engagement in Nagoya, Japan
Fresno, CA (PRWEB) November 26, 2007 -- After delighting fans in the States for many years, the Jeanette Harris Band will debut on the other side of Pacific, in Nagoya, Japan, on November 28. The band, known for its energetic style of Smooth Jazz, is booked for a series of engagements at Gary's Live & Dining, an elite establishment offering the best of American entertainment to Japanese audiences. Jeanette, the band's award-winning lead saxophonist, is known for her engaging performances and having a style often compared to the late Grover Washington Jr.
Even after playing to enthusiastic audiences for nearly six years, this will be Jeanette's first international trip. "I've never been so excited. It will be a true honor to bring our style of music to Japan." Despite graduating from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, and being recognized as the "Best Jazz Instrumentalist" by the L.A.
