(Pink Sheets:INTK), an emerging global leader in nanotechnology, announced today that its Oklahoma-based distributor, Pioneer Builders, has been awarded a contract to supply the Company's patented thermally insulating and mold resistant coating, Nansulate® HomeProtect, for approximately 50 homes in a new "Green" residential development in Sherman, Texas.

The development, North Haven, in Sherman, Texas begins construction in the first quarter of 2008 and includes 23 Acres with 50 residential lots. Homeowners' choice of floor plans determines the final value of the project to the Company. Pioneer Builders will apply the nanotechnology-based coating on the walls and in the attics of the custom built homes to increase their energy efficiency.
