'Bold' Leaders in Social Change to be Honored at Echoing Green Event

Schools Chancellor Joel Klein, micro-finance pioneer Vikram Akula and hedge fund leader Richard L. Chilton, Jr, to be honored by investor in social entrepreneurs.

New York, NY (PRWEB) November 29, 2007 -- Echoing Green, a nonprofit that invests in emerging social entrepreneurs, will hold its annual "Be Bold Cocktails" this Thursday, November 29th at the Highline Ballroom.

WHAT: The "Be Bold Cocktails" is an annual fundraiser held by Echoing Green's Social Investment Council. The Council is composed of approximately 50 young private sector leaders who fundraise and volunteer on behalf of Echoing Green.
