Moving up two places since last year, the Company was ranked 25th in the large company category, which is reserved for those organizations with over 250 employees. This award program, created through a public / private partnership of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Team Pennsylvania Foundation, Central Penn Business Journal, Best Companies Group and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, began in 2000 as the first of its kind in the United States.

Worth & Company was recognized and honored at the "Best Places to Work in PA" awards ceremony on Tuesday, November 27,, 2007 at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center. "Winning the 'Best Places to Work' award for the fifth straight year is a humbling achievement. The "Best Places to Work in PA" designation is largely based on the results of an employee satisfaction survey that was administered to nearly 20,000 Pennsylvania employees in 2007.
