The Showroom Trade Show in the Los Angeles Convention Center on February 21 and 22 will be the west coast's premier event in the pet industry and the first mid to high end pet boutique show catering to retail boutiques featuring the industry's top designers, artists and pet manufacturers from across the globe. Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) December 6, 2007 -- On February 21st & 22nd 2008, The Showroom, a pet industry tradeshow featuring the top pet product manufacturers from all over the world, will debut at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Los Angeles has yet to experience a pet product tradeshow of such magnitude, even though, Los Angeles has been recognized as a major player in pet boutique world. The Showroom will feature the industry's leading top designers of dog apparel, collars and leashes, food, carriers, bedding and other fabulous accessories.
The timing could not be better. Downtown Los Angeles is going through a major renovation, which has attracted people from all over the world. A recent major development is L.A. Live, a 27 acre entertainment center adjacent to the Convention Center covering 6 blocks. L.A. Live will be home to the new Nokia Center, will host the Grammy's, and will house the Ritz Carlton along with other high end restaurants and entertainment destinations.
The Showroom, which is not open to the public ("trade only"), is a 2 day event (Thursday and Friday) on February 21st and 22nd 2008. The Showroom will have the top buyers of pet boutiques, gift shops, specialty stores and major department stores. If you carry any top line pet product in your store don't miss this show.
The theme of the event is the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Hollywood is a big part of Los Angeles and one of the main reasons people come to this city. Special features will include a "Holly-woof Walk of Fame" as well as a red carpet and concierge service. The buyers are the stars of the show. In addition to "Trade-only" show, there will be an event open to the public on Saturday, February 23rd.
